CONFERENCE FEE

Early Bird Registration:
Fee = INR 2500.  Time-window = 6 April 2018 to 10 June 2018 (1800h IST). The deadline for receiving this fee is 15 June 2018 (0000h IST).

Regular Online Registration:
Fee = INR 3000. Time-window = 11 June 2018 to 31 August 2018 (1800h IST).

Spot registration (Fee = INR 3500) can be done directly at the conference venue during all four days of the conference. However, we encourage you to register online to avoid any disappointments. Online registration also provides you with the opportunity to register early for the workshops of your choice. These are filled (pretty fast!) and are allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. The conference fees covers entry for all conference sessions, workshops you have registered for, lunch and tea on all conference days and dinner on 21-23 September 2017. Presenters can also avail of free accommodation, arranged by the conference organizers (see information on the Accommodation page)

BURSARY SCHEME

If you come from South or South-east Asia or Africa, you can also apply for a bursary to assist with travel and other costs, but please note that we can only provide partial bursaries to help a limited number of applicants, and only for those whose abstracts are chosen and accepted for oral or poster presentations in SCCS-Bengaluru. Our current funding allows us to award partial bursaries to 50 Indian and 30 foreign participants.

All bursary applicants should also pay the conference registration fees online for their abstract and bursary applications to be accepted and reviewed. If the bursary application is successful, a partial refund of costs incurred in attending the conference (international travel and free local accommodation in Bengaluru) will be provided as part of the bursary. If your bursary application is not successful and if you wish to cancel your registration, cancellation rules of SCCS-Bengaluru will apply.

If you wish to apply for a bursary, please indicate so at the time of abstract submission and also provide a short justification (max 100 words) of why you think you are deserving of a bursary and what personal or other funds you can make available for attending SCCS-Bengaluru 2018.

Please note:

The bursary does not include any refund of your registration fees (see "Payments" below).

Bursary awards are non-transferable. If your abstract is selected for presentation, the bursary will be awarded only to the presenting author as mentioned while submitting the abstract.

PAYMENTS

All payments will be accepted online through the DoAttend payment gateway. More details can be found on the Register page.
