The conference is designed for young conservation researchers as well as those engaged in conservation practice. You may participate in the conference either as an attendee or as a presenter.

Registration to attend the conference is open to everyone. However, the option of presenting work is restricted to students and early-stage researchers, i.e., undergraduates and above, but not beyond two years post-PhD. Those working in the social science aspects of conservation are also encouraged to submit abstracts. Presentations of completed as well as work in progress, and from economic and social as well as biological aspects of conservation, are welcome. Although we anticipate that most participants will be Masters or PhD students, we encourage participation from all early-career researchers, whether or not they are registered for an academic degree. Presenters are typically younger than 35 years of age.

This conference is mainly meant for students from South and South-east Asian and African countries. However, self-funded participants from other countries may also apply.
