Registrations Open!
To attend any non-public sessions, participate, or present at SCCS-Bengaluru 2025, registration is mandatory. Participants can register online or on-site at the conference venue.
Online Registration Process
- Create an Account
- Visit the SCCS-Bengaluru website and sign up using a valid email address.
- A verification email will be sent to activate your account.
- Complete the Payment
- After creating your account, you will receive a link to the payment gateway.
- Payments can be made via online bank transfer, net banking, credit card, debit card, or cash card.
- Confirm Registration
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique Registration Number.
- Enter this Registration Number into your SCCS account to finalise your registration.
- Final Confirmation
- Once your registration is complete, you will receive an official e-badge and confirmation email, which must be presented at the venue for entry.
Note: Registration is not mandatory for abstract submission, but it is required to attend the conference if your abstract is accepted.
On-Site Registration at the Conference Venue
- On-the-spot registration will be available at the designated registration desk near the entrance.
- Please carry sufficient funds in cash and your institutional identification card for verification.
- Volunteers will be present to assist with the registration process.

Early Bird Online Registration [17th March to 3rd May 2025] - INR 3000
International Registration [17th March to 25th April 2025] – USD 40
General Online Registration [26th April to 17th August 2025] – INR 3500
On-the-spot Registration at Venue [22nd September to 25th September 2025] – INR 4000
