The conference is organised over four days (in-person) in Bengaluru. The programme includes workshops, plenary talks, and student poster and oral presentations, alongside networking activities and opportunities to engage with national and international institutions and organisations involved in conservation research and practice. Most sessions are oriented toward developing the capacity of students in support of their conservation careers. Plenary sessions held each evening are free and open to the wider public beyond conference participants.
